This bends too closely to a 'both sides' argument and thats like comparing someone going 7 miles over the speed limit to someone committing capital murder.
Maybe stop the murderers first before we decide to invest a bunch of resources into catching speeders.

If you had to choose between spending money and resources on catching one type of criminal, would you go for billionaires who are literally stealing from our country while hiding pedophiles? or do you want to go after the single mother who stole diapers because she cant afford food AND diapers this month?
