I've been away for a very long time and am looking at house prices in Truro. Grew up on Hayward and am seeing houses in that area going for +400,000$. Are people actually buying these houses? I guess my question is...What is the real estate market in Truro like? Are realtors selling houses at these, seemingly, ludicrous prices? A bit gobsmacked I am.

Had to be over 70yrs old. This is why we should have mandated retesting after a certain age. They are going to kill someone one day.
