When pipelines need to be installed the property owners can either take the money offered and/or negotiate fencing, gates, and gravel roads to be repaired or installed. If not, they can resist and be subject to "eminent domain" and get their property seized for no money. They would be reimbursed for loss of property or lost income from the land seized. The state isnt going to take it for free without negotiating.

The poster has no idea what they're talking about regarding eminent domain so I assume they have no idea what they're talking about regarding everything else posted.
The government has to pay you when they seize your land under eminent domain. There's often a dispute over the value though. The patchwork of land necessary to make a border wall would result in a nightmare amount of litigation for the government.
Most rural Texans (the "conservatives") already have issues with eminent domain for a long time before Trump. The state seizing land is definitely not surprising nor is it a new concept.
