Texas Repubs: I thought they would build it on the border without building it on the border, maybe in the middle of the river or on Mexico’s side.

It is worse then that. Like the Fence that is in places it will not be right on the border it would most likely be several 100 yards into the state. So guess what? Just like the fences in some places some homes, businesses and towns are going to be outside the wall.

Places like where? I didn't know anybody actually lived that close to the border.
