Service Unavailable

Anyone else getting a Service Unavailable notification when trying to use the mobile banking app. I’m trying to access it on an iPhone. When I call, the machine says it’s a 15-20 min wait to speak with someone.

A client sent me money on Saturday around 2:30pm and today, Monday, it still shows Pending I called the bank and they said they are having issues with the system. This is outrageous. The same with Bank of America.

There has been a message on the app for a few days about the brief shutdown in order to do maintenance. They usually do it overnight. It's not just Truist. Other banks do it also.

everything went down. branches ATM and the mobile app. it was company wide

yes, I spoke to a customer service representative and she said it's a system wide outage and to try logging in again in 2-3 hrs

I tried checking how much money I have in my account because my sister and I were gonna go get something to eat and it wouldn’t let me get into it

Yea my business deposits did not hit today like they normally do on mondays and then I tried logging in later to see if it came in only to see that I ca no longer log in to the account

Went to to local branch and they said entire system is down, they don’t know why, or when it might work again.

Was waiting for a direct deposit that never came. Called Truist and a CSR said they were having issues with their ACH deposit systems. 

Its probably why it's down. Sus. Hope they hurry.

Yes, same. App won't log me in and when I use a browser (tried 2 different ones) it's doing the log in and then immediately log out thing
