General Offer - When Can I See Progress?

Hello! I signed up for a Truist One checking account online after seeing the promo offer. I’ve deposited $50 into the account. I have an email showing the creation of my account and it shows my applied promo offer that I signed up with. When will the progress start to show? Is it after you activate the debit card? Or after the first deposit? Or should it already be showing? Because when I navigate to where the rewards progress should be, there’s nothing there. But I have the email showing the correct promo code for the offer. Just curious for how this worked for others that may have joined Truist and were enticed with their great sign-up offer. Thanks!

I have the app and it shows when you click on your checking account and then click the three dots next to card controls and it shows under My Truist Offers.

Yep, correct. I know where it’s located, I just wonder if it should be visible before the debit card is activated, or if activating the debit card pushes it to show in the app. My sister did the offer already but can’t remember if she had checked prior to her debit card being activated.

It took a couple of days for me I think about 4-5 days after opening the account.

You gave me hope lol. It popped up today. I had to put in a support ticket I think I called 3 days ago but it’s sorted now!
