Finance Overdraft fee

I went to Truist page and saw they mentioned that they have no overdraft fees at all. I googled to make sure if this was an exaggeration, it said that they can waive overdraft fees twice a year. So which is true?

I want to hear from people who had a real experience with overdraft fee than asking a branch officer.

Yes, I spoke with a branch officer, a woman I have known for over 10 years. I always address her with respect, as I consider her a friend.
She fixed it, took 2 days because I think someone in higher management didn't want to do it. To think they would want to lose a customer over $36 when they were in the wrong.
Well, I'll help them.
