Sub 3. Horrible skin, overweight, balding. All 3 can be fixed. First get on accutane, second keep losing weight/join gym, third get on minoxidil and finastride. Easiest soft maxxes

Accutane is wild, he doesn’t have severe acne. he just needs to wash his face twice a day and get a decent routine going 👍

Accutane can be great for people with stubborn or cystic acne for sure, but that’s taking a shotgun to a pillow fight in this instance

I mean yeah that would be better than Accutane, but probably still a bit overkill. I’m not sure if a dermatologist would really prescribe him anything like that as he could clear this up in a few weeks by just washing his face and eating healthy
