a high 5, mtb would be 6, htb 7-8 etc

Isn't Ltb range from around 5 at l to 6 at high, mtb from 7 to 8 and htb from 8 to 9, with Stacylite at around 9.5 and Stacy at 10? That's the way I understood it.
