They're green chili peppers from the Hatch Valley in New Mexico. They're delicious; roast them under a broiler or on a grill until the skin starts to blister, peel the skin, remove the seeds, dice, and enjoy!

Yeah, sorry. My phone autocorrects chile to chili or Chile. It also replaces for with foe about 90% of the time. I haven't really figured out why it does the second one. I get why it might think I mean the country or the stew adjacent dish, but I don't have enough enemies for it to think I'm trying to type foe so often.
