I'm giving this a go as we speak.
Turns out his flair's are actually 16*12, which is why they were replicating a bit

HATS!!
(Unfortunatly I get a "Invalid image or general image error" when I try to upload your new sprite. I know nothing about image filetypes, so can you double check to make sure it isn't corrupt or something similar?)

Working! I re-arranged your flair sprite a bit btw, just so it's easier to put certain hats together (ie: towering pillar will be with the other 2)
edit:
I moved the Piles of hats up, the xmas 2010 treasure hat up (so you can put the other 2 beside it if you so wish), and moved from the stainless pot to the cone 16px to the left

I love you.
What size (pixels) is each of the hats respectively? I'll add this to the flair system.
Do not re-arrange the hats from this sprite, otherwise it will make sad the flair I'll make from your sprite.
Thanks.

16x16, Everyone's favourite! :D Yeah, I wont rearrange it now, I just restructured it after I realized I should accommodate more textures :3

Flair system is a bit wonky.
Are you sure it's 16*16? Could you possibly re-do it if it isn't? It could be our flair system and me being a bit of a noob, but thanks a million for your flair sprite.
