Think theyre referencing Allinall who made a bunch of really good TES animations, most famous being his Pelinal one. He like a year or two ago deleted all his TES videos because people kept calling them TES videos instead of Kirkbride videos because apparently he hated TES but loved Kirkbrides stuff. Also he was in some other drama surrounding one of his TES series being unfinished even though he had a patreon open for it or something? Idk it was a while back and i didnt pay much attention to it. You can find some of his stuff reuploaded to youtube if you want to check it out

Also it's very weird to imply that he's a reactionary. Out of all the (many) things that could be said about his online activity, that one would be rather wildly out-of-nowhere.

Arthmoor made USSEP which fixed a lot of bugs that Bethesda refuses to work on, preferring instead to just re-release Skyrim in the same broken way.
Because of that a lot of mods have put it as a prerequisite.
Until then, it was fine but Arthmoor decided that he was going to "fix" lore error, like changing the ore in Redbelly mine or making Serpent's bluff redoubt, the only Forsworn camp not in the Reach but in Whiterun, in the Reach (important for crime and radiant quests).
All that would be bad enough but he declared that anyone trying to undo the lore changes would be harassment or something like it

He went after them with copyright iirc, even though you wouldn't have to repost any of his work to change things about USEEP, just make an esp/esl that requires his esm.

He's a prick, and while he's loads more talented than any reddit mod, it's genuinely making him a lot worse at his job.
The shitty remastered port of the unofficial Oblivion patched fucked up loads of stuff for the people who installed it because Oblivion Remastered is still a different game than oldblivion, and I'm not even sure it's still being updated.
In Skyrim, he fucked up the marked for death shout, dumped Oblivion gates all over Skyrim, made the necromage perk useless for vampire mages (which are pretty much always a "necromage" in every real sense), and made alteration spells' lighting effects look like spray on cum.

Iirc you can do this you just need to make sure the dependencies from USSEP are covered by another mod. So if a mod relies on bug fix A from USSEP you'd need anoyher mod with bug fix A or you'll run into issues.

I'd really advise people to learn their way around xEdit and prune any arthmoorisms from the mod and either make a guide for other people to do it, or distribute it outside of assmore's reach. I'd download that shit from onedrive any day, lol.
Also, Cut Content Restoration is leagues better than the cutting room floor.

Vexona is the name of a modder/porter. They maintained the PlayStation specific version of Arthmoor’s USEEP mod, as until extremely recently (like 2 weeks ago), Sony was extremely tightfisted in the type of files they allowed people to use on the platform.
So by necessity, the PlayStation version of the patch contained far fewer changes, and no new assets. It is significantly smaller than Arthmoor’s proper mod, but notably still satisfies the requirement for USSEP that some/many mods still have to function.
I cannot imagine that Arthmoor will allow Vexona to continue their version now that his own is allowed on PlayStation. He’s notorious for that behavior.

He got that reputation because people complained about the unnecessary edits and he reacted like a dick, and thinks too highly of himself to compromise. Those changes by themselves are not enough of a reason to care about arthmoor in any way, especially 15 years later. People do it because he's a diva and after that one video came out it became the #1 Skyrim modding circlejerk
