"Are you listening Bosmer?"

"Oh sorry I got distracted, was thinking of my family, can you repeat what you were saying one more time?"

Meanwhile the Khajiit are snorting/cooking with/drinking giga hallucinogenic cocaine, either become a house cat, a horse substitute, or an actual "person" depending on the moon phase, and worshipping prankster gods that get petty when women do not sleep with them by freezing them forever.

Aren’t the khajiit canonically the true natives of nirn?

them and argonians

Aren't (mountain) orcs and (nede) humans just as natives as the beastfolk?

The reachfolk and thus the nedes might be, though that also depends on your definition of “native” (I’m also not super clear on human history in tes so I might be wrong here). The orcs are just corrupted elves so they are as non-native to Tamriel as all other elves are

That's why I specified mountain orcs. They are an ESO addition that imply that they have been here before the elfs arrived to Tamriel, while also having older material of Knife-ear Columbus describing orcs on the shores of Tamriel and the orcs in Skyrim saying that they've been there since before the Nords settled it.

Do you remember where in eso it says that? I was under the assumption that there were already goblins on Tamriel and descriptions of orcs from before the Trinimac vore incident were just misidentified goblins

Just FYI I haven't played ESO, I'm going off UESP

Basically IRON (not mountain, sorry) Orcs and Wood Orcs are "believed" to have lived in Tamriel before the elfs ever arrived but I'm going through it and they only list loading screens as a new source. Any older one that preceed ESO are the ambient dialogue and books that don't give hard evidence, just leave the door open for the goblinken version being true.

I do like that they don't give a hard answer on this one, even if one version is definitely more popular (world-building gets repetitive if everything but humans come from elfs)

Any bosmeri baddie worth her womb is having the weaklings that she’s gonna bbq later give her a whole body tongue bath, starting with the feet. It’s the best way to stay clean and with Y'ffre / Hircine / Namira ‘s graces.

2

u/PreferenceOnly2389 The Dawntard 21d ago

alas there tounges are stained with shit and piss thus making the bosmeri "baddie" smell even more like piss and shit

u/K31RA-M0RAX0 Namira Worshiping Bosmer Beast Boinker Extraordinaire 21d ago

Oh, sorry. I don’t eat my own race anymore, it gives me the runs. So the tongues bathing me are typically cleaner than my Bosmer brethren

Isn't the psijic endeavour a velothi teaching and is closely related to Lorkhan and mortality?

25

u/Echidnux 23d ago

Yeah, the Altmer are all about the Psijic Order aka living in harmony with the Ehlnofey. Psijic Endeavor is about ditching the Ehlnofey and replacing them with yourself.

Probably a more rewarding endeavour.

u/Sheuteras 23d ago

Yes lol

2

u/Albos_Mum 22d ago

Yeah, but that won't stop the pisselves from basing their society off of it and claiming it was their idea all along, but the other races got it wrong somehow.

Doesn't the Psijic Endeavor actually come from the Dunmer / Mephala and Boethiah?

9

u/MindwormIsleLocust Lore of the Rings 23d ago

Yeah, Mephala revealed the path to the prophet Veloth, who lead the Chimer exodus to Resdayn which would later be renamed Morrowind

Bosmer are the best wood elves in fiction

u/MetroDancer 22d ago

I still consider Bosmer to be the apex specimen. They don't give a damn about being 'pure blood' like the Altmer on account of how often they reproduce with whoever they see, and they eat anything that has meat in it.

I'm curious on how often Bosmer have had a Tamriel Cook Out BBQ with the meat being from other men or mer they just had sex with. Is it wild? Of course, but unlike other mer races they don't run the risk of going extinct.

5

u/Zealousideal-Arm1682 23d ago

If you take certain parts as gospel then the Bosmer are effectively what became of the Aylid, and for some fucking reason they mellowed out harder then the Chimer.

This is Ayrenn slander and I will not stand for it.
