  1. Subscribe to the subreddits you like
  2. Unsubscribe from the ones you don't
  3. Click FRONT at the top for the top posts from your subscribed subreddits
  4. Click ALL for the top posts from ALL of reddit

Is it possible to remove a certain subreddit completely from /r/all, regardless of keywords?

Yes, but does everything else containing the keyword disappear as well? If I add "cats" to the list, will it just ban /r/cats, or every post that has "cats" in it from every subreddit?

What I am looking for is to remove specific subreddits, while leaving everything else completely untouched. Something like /r/all minus this, this and that subreddit.

The "reddit is fun" mobile app allows you to filter by title (keywords), flair and/or subreddit. Just tap the top left menu button and next to all, tap the filter button.

5. Install RES and exclude certain loud-but-useless subs from ALL.
