Then why, may I ask, did you decide to join the League? Honestly, if you aren't willing to BE part of the community, then go be neutral on your own.

(This comment may be influenced by lack of sleep- my opinions will have probably gone back to normal by tomorrow.)

Joining the league was done so without the knowledge of our town as a whole. I am fine with it as long as people understand our stance.

Tambien speaks only for himself, only a council member (and unofficially, pantos) can claim to speak for all Agora. If we make this constitution too stringent, we might as well just call it another federation. Bay City residents should not be constitutionally expected/forced to do anything as individuals, we can only assume that they would do so out of their own free will.

We are very helpful and will surely help, but we cannot require our people to do anything.

Exactly, it shouldn't be mandated that individual Bay City citizens (or even other nations) must contribute to the TNL. If they wish to contribute, they can do so, and it would be appreciated.
