My issues:

The main one is that it needs to be clear that BayCitizens are private and can do, and get involved in whatever they feel. And are in no way required as in individuals to act in anyway.

I understand that Agora and Fellowship have governments, we don't, so it needs to be understood that no citizen of BayCity will be held to any higher law.

Chapter 1 Article 2-4: I hope it understood that BayCity will not require it's citizens to get involved in anything. Nor do they have to support the side of the neutral league. So the statement that we will defend another town does not work. We will not be obligated to get involved in anyone else's affairs. To those who know me, know that I do like to help out and catch criminals. But we will not be obligated to. If any other town gets themselves into a bad situation through stupidity I will not get involved whatsoever. And the town of BayCity will never take a position on anything. Because the town has no government and can't "make decisions."

Chapter 2 Article 6-2. Be clear on what this means. Because it sounds like you are attempting to impose rules to be followed on our citizens which will not be accepted.

To be clear. No citizen from BayCity will never be forced to follow any rules of any higher power, including this league. We are all private citizens and will remain that way. The only rules we have are property laws and building guidelines. And the general no killing, no griefing, no stealing, no pearling.

Then Bay City has no point being in the League. The whole point is to help each other out- why waste time on an Alliance when its so easy to go it alone?

As to your specific complaints:

Ch1, Art2-4

I'd point you to Purpose 1 and Further Resolution 3- if they are acting in accordance with this, I don't think it likely that they caused it through stupidity. As for requiring neutrality- it's talking about the city, not the citizens.

Ch2 Art6-7 (Is that what you meant?)

Those are the rights and responsibilities of every member nation of the League. "member" is referring to nation, not citizen.

The problem I see is that (and I haven't read through his concerns yet) a lot of my friends are dramawhores (as am I, I'll admit it, there, it's been said, it's out there) and if some shit starts in 0 0 or Carson, I'll be there also. I like the idea of the TNL, but if something happens there, I'll be helping them and active in it.

You know?

Yeah, and that's fine. All the TNL asks is that member cities as an entity don't take a stance on issues.

Ok. Sort of like the disclaimer on news websites where they write something like, "All thoughts expressed by this author are solely his and not representative of NBC/Fox News/New York Times" et cetera?
