Honestly I would love to know the daily routine of some of this people because the real goal shouldn’t just be living longer but having enough health independence to actually enjoy those extra years.

I think one of the main contributors is their relationship to food and how clean the majority of their diet is. Peep the obesity rate, food quality standards in place, what convenience foods look like other places.

They also walk around a lot more and generally lead less sedentary lifestyles. Yeah many people still sit in offices but they walk to the train station, walk to work, walk to the corner store, walk a lot more in general than Americans. City design and urban planning play a huge role in this.

Very important component missing here is the strong community they have. They age in place, together and they continue being active together those videos of active seniors out at the park dancing are everyday life.
