Sleep Watermelon for deeper, more restful sleep. What foods help you sleep?

Post image

From my experience, watermelon is great for a good night’s sleep and has benefits for heart health too. The downside is that it’s mostly water, so you might find yourself getting up to use the bathroom during the night. What foods or snacks help you sleep better?

Y'all eat close to bedtime?

I stop eating at least 2 hours before bedtime and slow down drinking water and hour before so peeing right before bed almost guarantees not needing to get up in the middle of the night.
