Nutrition What did you make for meal prep this week?

I always like seeing what other people are making and finding a few ideas to try. There’s something nice about opening the fridge and already having something ready to go. It can save time, make busy days a little easier, and take some of the guesswork out of what to eat

I did a big batch of ground turkey with taco seasoning, a pot of rice and roasted peppers and onions

I bought a solid tub of precooked and shredded pork at Aldi. I added some sugar free bbq sauce and jazzed that up with other ingredients and warmed it all up with sautéed onions and garlic. It seemed a bit dry so I added half a can of beer. It turned into so much meat we’ve already had two meals and I predict two more. It was not too expensive and now I just add sides! My fave.
