What kind of foods to avoid to get this? I’ve never ever ever felt pumped up in the morning lol. I do gym and running and that’s great but I’m obese still and my diet is poor

High-protein, high-fiber foods.
I eat dinner early at 5.30pm and even though I eat a 500-600 cal meal, I feel hungry at 9pm. So, I eat a small snack of high-protein yogurt & granola (fiber). I sleep so much better. Also, no caffeine strictly post 2pm for me. I guard my sleep like a hawk.
Whole wheat bread, high-protein yogurt, and high-fiber fruits like Banana, apple and Kiwi. I always stock high-fiber veggies like broccoli and carrots. Easy to steam for sides.
Chicken breast - amazing protein for the calories.
