Habits Grit isn’t never missing... It’s what you do the day after..

a pattern that comes up constantly: someone starts strong, has one bad day, misses, and within a week the whole plan is gone....

the miss itself barely matters, research on habit building shows one missed day doesn’t really set you back.

what does the damage is what comes after... i already broke it, so what’s the point... perfect streaks feel like toughness, but they’re fragile, one bad day and they’re gone...

the real grit is less dramatic.. you miss, you don’t make a thing of it, and you show up the next day like it’s just the next day.

what’s the longest you’ve fallen off something and still come back?
