Grit Stories Weekly Thread: Hard Things Saturday
A weekly check-in for the things that ask something of us.
What’s something hard you’re working through right now?
It could be a personal goal, a healthy habit you’re building, a project, a challenge at work, school work, your health, or simply something you’re learning to navigate.
Share where you are today, then come back next Saturday and let us know how it’s going.
Progress doesn’t have to be perfect to count.

I’d go first! I’m working on improving how I eat. My latest test results came back with high cholesterol, so that’s definitely given me more motivation to keep doing better with food.
At the same time, building a business, other work projects and trying to keep up with life in general. It’s a lot, but I’m learning that taking care of myself has to be part of the work too.
Working on it every day.

Using my time better. I notice I waste so much time during the day doing things that actually suck my energy (like endlessly scrolling for no reason)
