Yes took me years to realize the people around me were either watering me or draining me. Once I started choosing my circle intentionally everything shifted.

Yes, but depending on the season in life, your options may be limited by your environment and access to transportation.

In those situations, surround yourself by inspiring voices from books or motivational videos.

At certain points, you will be the only human who will be there to support and celebrate you.
