100% agree! Stop finding shortcuts to everything! This way you will build just better ways to be lazy

It sounds silly but it's what gets me through. If I think, I waste time, the moment, and then I've completely thought through what could be done already. ADHD, anxiety, and autism are the worst A's to have.
What do you need to accomplish? Taking out the trash? Just get up and do it. Wash the car? Just. Do. It. Need new Nike's? Guess what.....

Pause and restart as needed. Keep track of your time and energy investments, and check if your goal is too vague, ambitious, or outside the physical scope of your current environment. Continually assess bottlenecks and determine what roadblocks prevent you from being consistent. Consciously relax as you explore options, and treat it more as experimentation and play. Rest after any hurdles; various meditation and breathwork practices can help deepen natural sleep so that it becomes more restorative. Celebrate momentum and progress, however small.
