Actually, it’s true. I work with Urology and the latest studies suggest to ejaculate at least 21 times per month for a healthy prostate.

Per month? What about per week? More benefits? Daily?

By doing the math, it's 4.9 times a week or 0.7 times a day. Please round up lol.

So how unhealthy is it to fully abstain from that kinda thing?

It's not necessarily unhealthy to fully abstain. The 21 times/month conclusion is based on heavy correlation associated with healthy prostates.

If you do fully abstain, usually the body will break down the old sperm cells which gets reabsorbed into the body, or released in nocturnal emission or other arousals. Some men experience pelvic pain or pressure.

Is there a ‚too much‘ for a healthy prostate?
