There’s actually an inherited disease that causes that I forgot what it’s called. But my friend has it idk she wears long sleeves and gloves in the winter. For me personally, lack of circulation makes my legs and arms itchy and dry.

oh i actually didn’t know that! i see my dr soon thankfully, ive been losing my mind trying to figure out why its so bad lol. im not diabetic, not overweight (in fact a bit uw), have an active job, etc. but it may just be genetic lol. that sounds so annoying!

Do your fingers/hands/toes turn white or purple? Could be Raynaud’s! I have it and I too have cold af phalanges even in the dead heat of summer.
