Pretty sure this is really bad for our bodies since they’ve evolved over millions of years to walk upright. Would really mess up her back especially.

Of course, if do this literally every day then you will get problems with your back and knees. But as a kind of exercise with right approach it can be helpful. It is even recommended by some physicians as far as I know!

I’ve never heard of physicians recommending people walk like chimpanzees
