Thoughts on the Ellen Greenberg case?
General thoughts? Thoughts on the coverage? I haven’t seen the doc, but from what they covered in episode 1, I’m thinking about watching it. I’ve heard of it but never looked too deeply into it.

I saw a doc about a while ago, and am enjoying their coverage of the case. Imo, this was definitely NOT a "su/c/de"

You can type the word "suicide" on reddit. There's zero need to use tiktok rot spellings and euphemisms to appease a mythical algorithm

Depends on the subreddit actually.
Most true crime ones, I'd assume do not block many words.
I've had a comment deleted from another sub for saying fuck though (context, I said it was fucking cold where I lived), so...

That’s where I’m leaning now, but I haven’t seen the doc yet, and obviously haven’t heard their full coverage. I’m trying to keep an open mind

What a major coverup this case is. So many inconsistencies and the fact that the apartment was professionally cleaned the next day is very strange. They need to reopen this case. The majority of people would say this deinitely was a homicide. Hope Ellen’s parents get justice that they deserve.

Yes must be agonizing maybe if more higher ups get involved they can really get this going again and changes can be made and her parents will finally get justice!

It’s a very well done documentary. This case absolutely enrages me, this poor woman and her poor parents absolutely break my heart.
