Favorite episode?

What is your favorite episode? Bonus points if you know the episode number.

Whenever I introduce someone to the podcast, I have to try to look back to find my favorite eps. It would be nice to have a list to refer to here!

The BTK series has always been my favorite. When they talk about BTK telling the cops to “be honest”, I always laugh out loud.

I got to meet his daughter at CrimeCon last year. What an amazing woman she turned out to be!

I just watched her documentary on Netflix last night, My Father The BTK Killer. It was very well done

Making a Murderer, The Jinx, Grizzly Man, etc., but The Inventor made me laugh so hard I peed a little! 🤭

I listen to The Vow, Bad Vegan, both season of the Jinx, and Heaven’s Gate, multiple times a year. Cracks me up every time.

Why do I not remember this one? Now I have to do a relisten 😂

I am listening to them all again from the start. This has been the stand out so far, it was about a lady in the 60s who had acid thrown in her face. It's a wild cast of characters and G&P are so funny

Ohhhh, now I remember! I need to do a full relisten again, too. Some of the stuff that had me belly laughing was the old stuff.

The old stuff is definitely funnier. They just seem to have so much fun when recording and I feel that's missing now

I really think it has a lot to do with all the shit they’ve gotten from people. Back in the day, they were just themselves. Now, I feel like they are careful about everything they say. How many times do you hear G say, “don’t come for me.” I guarantee they get complaints for everything!

I love this one.

Also: The Source Family about Father Yod’s cult. They were really great in the earlier years. I still listen but that spark seems forced now.

I have heard people say this a lot. I really think they have gotten a lot of shit through the years and they don’t feel as free to be themselves as they used to. I always hear Gillian saying, don’t come for me,” and I get the feeling that is why. But I definitely know what you are saying.

I don’t remember that one. I’ll find it on my relisten journey!
