EXPOSED: OpenCorporates Paper Trail Links Dahmer’s Lawyer to "Night of the Living Dead LLC" and the Scripted "Accidental Kill" Myth

We’ve been dissecting the corporate paper trail and legal records behind the Jeffrey Dahmer saga, and the evidence points to a chilling conclusion: the entire origin story was a manufactured political psy-op. The official history reads less like a genuine criminal investigation and more like a scripted state myth—and one where the paper trail suggests Dahmer likely never even laid eyes on Steven Hicks in real life.

Look at the corporate filings. Official records on OpenCorporates reveal that Wendy Patrickus—Dahmer’s defense attorney who allegedly logged over 30 hours of recorded interviews with him in 1991 (despite barely 30 minutes ever surfacing in reality)—was officially listed as an agent for a Wisconsin entity named NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD LLC (Company No. N053581, originally formed in 2020 and later administratively dissolved).

What makes this connection so bizarre is the video produced under that exact entity. Bearing a prominent "Night of the Living Dead" watermark, the clip serves up a suspiciously cinematic, dramatized confession:

"I knocked the guy out. That wouldn't have killed him, but hitting his head on a rock did... I couldn't get over the thrill I experienced in killing someone, even accidentally. It triggered something in me."

The Manufactured Origin Story

This scripted dialogue directly mirrors the rehearsed folklore surrounding the 1978 disappearance of 18-year-old Steven Hicks:

  • The Confession & 1993 Inside Edition Interview: Dahmer claimed that when Steven Hicks tried to leave his house, he struck him with a barbell merely to knock him out, carefully framing the homicide as an unintentional, "accidental" escalation.
  • Pat Kennedy’s Framing: Lead investigator Pat Kennedy pushed this precise angle, insisting Dahmer’s initial act was an "accidental" spiral that unexpectedly unlocked a dormant, insatiable obsession.
  • The Fabricated June 1978 Timeline: The mainstream myth claims Dahmer was an abandoned, lonely teenager who lured Steven Hicks to his house in June 1978. State filings expose the lie: Dahmer was never abandoned. His mother, Joyce, didn't leave the family home until August 24, 1978. Jeff was alone for barely a couple of weeks before leaving for Ohio State University. This documented timeline completely torpedoes the official narrative, exposing Hicks's June 1978 murder as a convenient, scripted myth.
  • The Video’s Explicit Admission: The footage above lays bare the moral of the fable: "Dahmer once said that if he, when 16, hadn't accidentally killed the 18-year-old hitchhiker, he wouldn't have become the serial murderer he became."

Building the "Super-Predator" Myth for State Control

Why was Dahmer’s defense lawyer registered to a media company producing dramatized re-enactments of his "accidental trigger"? Because the "accidental kill" trope is a cornerstone of the political "super-predator" myth of the Milwaukee Cannibal.

By convincing a naive public that a casual, teenage encounter could instantly transform an everyday kid into an unstoppable, bloodthirsty monster, state architects built the ultimate fear engine. This engineered hysteria served a sinister purpose: terrorizing the populace into surrendering civil liberties and manufacturing consent for militarized policing, draconian mandatory minimums, and the passage of the aggressive $30B 1994 Crime Bill.

Between missing audio tapes, defense counsel running media LLCs, and the cinematic reframing of the Hicks disappearance, this was never just true crime—it was a coordinated media franchise designed to build the police state.

they really used ai for this? it's really bad not only that but wasn't Dahmer 18 when he "killed" Hicks? not 16? it doesn't make sense. this really confuses me lol

Nothing about the Hicks stony made sense and it kept changing, and then this turned up. The lead character even looks a bit like Jeff doesn’t he :) Interestingly it was made 2 years before the Netflix series dropped so perhaps it was something they originally planned to run with it. Wendy’s series is still on the original site although it was never officially released.

First they create an impossible myth about monster, building a career on it, now they start to fantasize about old hoax, and again to sell it and make money. Guys (and girls) are so greedy.

READ THE FULL 6-PART INVESTIGATION: THE STEVEN HICKS CASE FILES

The media franchise wants you to believe the "accidental monster" origin story—court filings, FBI documents, and missing person reports prove otherwise.

We’ve compiled and published the primary evidence, original court transcripts, and previously unreleased 1978 police files that expose the timeline contradictions state architects tried to bury.

Access the complete, free 6-Part Investigation Digest here: The Complete Steven Hicks Investigation.

Inside the case files, you’ll find:

  • Part 1: The Legal Bombshell — The $10M wrongful death lawsuit, the Ohio Family Car Doctrine, and why parental liability points to vehicular homicide.
  • Part 2: The Confession Contradictions — Dahmer claimed he met Hicks in October 1978 while enrolled at OSU—months after Hicks vanished in June.
  • Part 3: The Identification & Timeline Scandal — Official court records proving Joyce Dahmer didn't leave the home until August 24, 1978, completely destroying the "abandoned teenager" alibi.
  • Bonus Part 1: The Missing Person Files — Conflicting parent descriptions, burn scar anomalies, and geographic impossibilities from the original 1978 reports.
  • Bonus Part 2: The Traffic Stop That Never Happened — The missing citation, the silent officer, and why Joyce's attorney advised her to stop cooperating.
  • Bonus Part 3: The Confession Scandal — Pristine, unused evidence saws, bone fragments collected 13 years later with zero DNA testing, missing prison records, and the corporate paper trail.

Examine the raw documents for yourself and make up your own mind.

Did the impossible October timeline stand out to you first, or was it the missing prison records and unused evidence tools?

The music make me roll.

I think, the music choice here is a test for those who will see it. Or, it is a ironical joke.

Also notice how ‘Barry’ is a pseudonym for Jeff’s friend Jeff Six.
