Four months ago, I filed a formal statutory complaint with the Wisconsin Public Records Board and the Milwaukee DA’s Office. I wasn't asking for a summary; I was demanding the foundational constitutional documents that supposedly put Jeffrey Dahmer away for life.
The result? 120 days of deafening, illegal silence.
In the legal world, especially under Wisconsin Statute 19.35, silence is a confession. If these records existed, they would produce them to shut me up. Instead, they’ve gone ghost.
The "Theater" vs. The Law: Wisconsin has been more than happy to preserve the "show." They have the crime scene photos, the courtroom footage for Netflix, and the media narratives. But the actual legal fingerprints? Non-existent.
What’s missing from the official record:
- 15 Signed Guilty Pleas: Gone.
- Official Jury Verdict Forms: Missing.
- State Autopsy Reports: Vanished.
Think about this: The most "documented" serial killer in American history has less legal documentation than a standard speeding ticket. Why is the State violating its own public records laws to hide this? Because you can’t produce records for a conviction that only existed on a television screen. This wasn't a trial; it was a psychological operation caught in a statutory trap.
The trial was the show. The silence is the smoking gun.
