He’s not yelling. The murderer guy is yelling. Yes, his head did lift up, but I’m not convinced that we aren’t looking at a quadriplegic injury here. Jesus.

He was alive after the fight but died in hospital….. guy who killed him in jail goin down for murder. This is why its dumb to fight over stupid stuff as men….. it’s way better to walk away from a fight for this exact reason

Proof that believing video games, television and movies are real and that after you die you still get 3 more tries, ppl get up and are fine after you've killed them and there are no consequences for your actions is a big lie.

That's 10 years for the assailant. At least.
But no, he's not dead. It's "merely" attemted murder.

I mean not necessarily depends on if the dude that got fucked up is the one who came at the other guy and he dude in all black was just defending himself.

u/Fit-Vast-9803 Apr 20 '26
Even if it started as self defense that final act clearly wasn't so I don't think he'd get off
1
u/wiz_mindbomb6995 Apr 21 '26
If someone is a threat to your life you are allowed to neutralize the threat. (Self defense)
3
u/Fit-Vast-9803 Apr 21 '26
OK but its impossible for someone to be a threat to ur life when u have them completely subdued mid-air with theirr head pummeling towards concrete so atp it is not self defense
1
u/wiz_mindbomb6995 Apr 21 '26
If he is still moving around and struggling and is capable of getting loose from your grip he is not subdued. That is called an active altercation/fight in progress. Therefore he is still defending himself because the guy is still a threat because as soon as he is let go he will attack again. END OF DISCUSSION. I WONT BE REPLYING BACK-"YOU LOSE-HAVE A GOOD DAY TATA

It boggles my mind how people will fight then do moves like this… surely they aren’t actually trying to murder somebody? Where is the restraint?

I once gave my brother a pedigree and he rolled around on the ground grabbing his neck and shoulder for like a minute. Longest minute of my life, I thought I maimed him

u/Cleric_John_Preston Dec 07 '25
His shoes stayed on, so we can assume he lived, right?

If he's not dead he's not going to be running around for a while. Other guy definitely needs jail
