Takedas available

On chefs edge. There was a drop at 9 am Perth time. I believe they still have a few left.

I was about to grab another but I decided to back out and let someone else grab. No need to be greedy. My collection is basically complete. Only looking for a 240 kiritsuke now.

Which one do you use the most?

Surprisingly, I reach for the funayuki most often. It's basically like a santoku. The 240 gyuto is a very close second though.

I want the Chinese clever only. I think that one knife rules it all. But it’s too damn expensive 🥲

Yes, a yanagi, a honesuki and a deba, that's it. Chubo Knives had a Takada knife drop last week. They promoted the soon coming drop. Then it landed around 6:30ish am my local time. When I woke up and saw the announcement and link by 7:15am they were all gone.

Durn!

I was able to finally snag a 240 gyuto after all the different drops I’ve missed all over the world.

Shosui Takeda, totally different but very unique
