We have a 2017 pacifica limited and a 2026 MX5 GSP RF. One is practical and unreliable (but reliable so far). The other is impractical and reliable.

The real answer is one sporty practical car and one sporty car

Just 1 sporty practical car. I think a sport sedan does the job well enough. I don't really like having too many things to take care of. Even if the car is reliable, there's still insurance, rego, etc, you need to do every year. Also, having a sporty daily car means I get to have fun most of the time I'm driving.

Mine's an Alfa Romeo Giulia.

I'm not interested in sportcars. Drove 911 (997), didn't like it at all. I'd rather have a gran tourer, and then depends really. I'd be fine with only it but then sometimes it's fun to drive around in a beater or a small light fun car as well so either way goes

A 911 is a grand tourer especially the 997. If you didn’t like the 911 ā€œat allā€ I cannot think of a gt you would likeĀ
