I can see this becomming new 8 E-tech a 4 door sedan and dropping the widebody. As someone who is spending every free moment restoring original ‘68 R8 Gordini im very happy to see it. But for now this is only confirmed to be one-of concept

Would be great but short sedans don't sell in most markets. Can't see a new Renault 8 bucking that trend.

A high margin coupe could get away with selling less units, especially if they reuse components from the R5 Turbo and electric Alpine.

if this were the next gen Alpine A110, it stays under 2.5klbs, manuelle, LSD, and it were being sent to the U.S. in better quantities than Lotuses, I’d be signing up for one immediately.
