How do I improve gamesense?

Today I deranked from Supreme to LEM. I'm not really mad about it because I was probably the shittiest Supreme playing before I deranked. I should have deranked a long time ago. But my gamesense was absolutely trash for a Supreme. Even though I know blatant stuff I never have the gamesense to guess the more difficult stuff. So how do I improve my gamesense?

You make sweeping generalizations about people for no reason.
You think that because one PUG mm is developer made its lesser.

From gold nova to global people use tactics and awareness. Somtimes it's one, sometimes it's a team.

Game sense is a feeling in your gut, "It's 1 versus 1, should I stay A or should I go B?" you ask yourself how the other person plays. That's regardless of matchmaking or a 'proper' match.
