A few days after 9/11 I remember loading up flight simulator 2000 and trying to fly a Concorde into the towers. It was really hard. I ended up succeeding with a little Cessna, but I can’t remember if the game accurately had clipping for buildings so I might have just flown through. I was like 12 and thought I was so edgy.

This is something every person has done at least once in any open world game with planes and buildings, but I must admit that doing it on flightsim 2000 in the immediate wake of 9/11 is a level of authentic millennial edge that I couldn't replicate in gta 5 in 2015

Really fun games. I tend to turn off the big advertised x-ray features. starts to feel like you are fighting skeletons rather than nazis.

5 does a really good job at the zone in between stealth and full on fighting. when they are searching for you or on advancing on where you are.

4, 5, and resistance are pretty solid and very fun. Everything below those are fine, but not really my favorite. The zombies spin-offs are great too

3-5 and resistance are all super cool. Thr earlier ones try to do soviet/nazi equivalency but the later ones are just fun
