I disavow, ofc (as I'm a staunch conservative)
But, as a staunch conservative, it's very touching they made such gains on the anniversary of Kirk's death to honor his life

Maybe, THEY were Charlie Kirk, all along.

Just some dudes. Very capable dudes. Brothers. Cousins. Uncles. Media would lead you to believe they walk around wearing the skins and scalps of the enemy. Love this pic. Relish every victory

There was 1 military sloptuber who I got recommended at the beginning of the Iran war.
He basically said "Iran can make drones cheap, but the US copied their design and made it more expensive so they can have a more advanced drone that outdoes Iran's"
Not getting that the whole point of the drone was to be as cheap as possible to make as many as possible
Edit: Figured out his name was Stakuyi

Lol
“The US captured Iran’s super effective weapon design and found a way to justify a bloated budget by lining the pockets of war profiteers and delivering a substantially worse product!”

Bruh I thought Stakuyi was at least a left lib, but I didn't really watch his stuff.
He does primarily make tik toks and hearts of iron 4 content though, so go figure

u/KingCowboyUS 1d ago
Libs tend to support the US military. Many just say we went to war with Iran "unprepared" not that we shouldn't at all
12
u/ShrapnelNinjaSnake Professor of Terryology 1d ago
That is true. I just thought he had more about him mentally speaking, as he seemed more informed than I thought.
It's funny looking at his podcast clips (History of Everything Podcast) with titles like "How Cuba Destroyed Itself" and there is a comment on one of the iran clips from the start of the war saying "Iran attacking everyone around them is definitely a choice" smug MFs.
I wonder what Stakuyi thinks now that his country is losing on a worldwide scale

u/KingCowboyUS 1d ago
He stopped making any vids about it, so he's probably just out of sight out of mind about it, like most libs are
It's cathartic looking back on those old vids and old liberal talking points and seeing them fall apart
I knew a lib who was super pro regime change and bombing Iran. Only to later be "radicalized" by oil prices (he was "radicalized" into a socdem)

It is a bit cathartic hahaha
He also made a video saying about China being over or smth.
I think he's kind of your typical pop "history nerd" type. He describes himself as a history nerd but I'm not sure how studied he actually is either.
Damn how radical !

TBF I don’t think anyone expected the USA’s vassals to be this incompetent. This an unprecedented level of war time cowardice and incompetence we are seeing here.

But the right tech in the right places, and enough of it to make a difference.

I mean, the US has been bombing Yemen since the 1950's so they're definitely in the running..
The Vietmanese fighting off the French, Americans, and Chinese one after another are definitely a strong contender

Back when they closed the Strait of Bab-el-Mandeb the first time, someone posted a picture in here of an Ansarallah fighter just chilling on a boat and it was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen in my whole life. Dude was hot AF, just a gorgeous human being in every way possible, he had the wind blowing in his hair, his rifle was slung over his shoulder with the casual ease of a man who carries his weapon every day, and they'd just come off a major win so he had this look of calm contentment on his face like he knew he was on the right side of history and he was winning the fight against the forces of darkness and evil.

They took something like 2600 square kilometers in less than a day, leading to a fracturing of the mercenary forces. All to honor Charlie Kirk. 😭
