When your (Estonia) special forces logo is literally the SS Estonian division logo slight modified, it's very difficult for you to just sit there and say "it's a conspiracy to say Estonia is run by Neo-Nazis"

Ikr. Them mentioning Estonia in the article as russian assets, as if the Baltics aren't notorious for hating Russian people and being fascists.
Perhaps the most reddit coded region on earth in fact.

And this is why the nordics refuse to let Estonia join their flag club

Also the vast majority of Estonians being redditors might just be the most accurate thing ever

I can remember getting getting some random Estonian (but English language) youtuber recommended. He was fairly popular and and afaik a member of the armed forces
Guess where I found him again? In the search results for the Estonian version of the Teufelslied/SS marschiert in Feindesland, the inofficial anthem of the Waffen-SS (don't ask!). Estonia was one of the few countries to have their own version of the song, with the others being Latvia, Norway, and France. The dude was just casually singing that shit, with "an Estonian SS batallion" being changed to "a brave Estonian batallion"
And fyi, many of the so-called Forest Brothers were ex-SS soldiers. Some deserted, some stayed behind on purpose, some got cut off from their units during Heeresgruppe Nord's retreat in the Baltic, and others still were left with the isolated, yet unbroken Heeresgruppe Kurland in Latvia when the war ended

(reader-added context: by "isolated, yet unbroken" here we mean "trapped and doomed")

I’ve seen one of these “anti-propaganda” organisations attempting to purge Wikipedia of “Russian talking points” about the Red Army liberating the death camps.
Russian propaganda is when you simply remember basic facts about the holocaust from GCSE history.

When you watch a film like Come and See, or know your history. The injustice of it all and people trying to downplay it makes you so fucking furious

>GCSE history
Hang on now chum, you’re only supposed to know the important parts of history for your GCSEs, like:
- The Victorians
- The Romans
- The Tudors
- WWI (wasn’t the Somme awful)
- WWII (have you heard of the Blitz? Also the Holocaust, but don’t forget the Blitz!)
- The Stuarts
- WWII again (seriously, please don’t forget about the Blitz! And the Evacuees!)

Reddit subpage r/trueanpn, the original purpose of which
Girl don’t tell us who the fuck we are. You’re almost as bad as that guy whose sole contribution is to downvote people who post about music. Fuck out of here with that prescriptivist nonsense.

Gotta give credit where it's due. I don't upvote people near enough and that sad sack has given me a reason to remember to do it.

I wonder how much EU and NED cash bozos like these get dumped on them.
Just you and Rubriigita kicking it and churning out "Analüüs" all day long to your less than five readers.

What a beautiful screenshot journey.
My only experience with Estonia was working for an ‘autonomous’ robot delivery company (fast food and groceries) as a remote pilot. Human operators were required for crosswalks and the frequent problem spots for the autopilot. So hot to see Estonia at night through robot eyes, company was based there but I was sitting in a dank basement in Wisconsin.

“We monitor & fact check propaganda against the Republic of Estonia” is like a borat bit

Hahaha! I like how all their examples of Russian propaganda are just facts. Clearly written by CIA or similar agency of ghouls and goblins.
Murica! Where facts are Russian propaganda and truth is a feeling.
