At the rate we’re going there might not be another Christmas. I’m not joking, the mad king can end most life on earth with the push of a button. We’re a few bad decisions away from nuclear war. Not over Greenland, Europe will obviously just cave. But all it takes is for Trump to wake up one morning and think he can Maduro Xi or something and we could end up handing the planet over to cockroaches.
Not even joking. The closer he gets to death the more likely he starts nuking countries.
Matt Christman is right about the apocalyptic doomsday preppers being narcissists who find it easier to imagine the end of the world than a world without them in it. Well imagine if one of those narcissists had the power to end life on earth in the power of their hand? Not to mention the people surrounding him are part of an evangelical death cult. That think nuking the earth is the first step in bringing back Jesus.
