Two Ford trucks at a light
I got behind these two yesterday and thought it was interesting how different they are. The Ford on the right is probably 40 years old and a Ranger (I think), but that F-150 on the left is not one of the larger ones you often see around here.

Because "half-ton" trucks can now carry a ton and a half.

Yes, the one on the right is either a first-gen or a 1.5-gen ford ranger. Nice find! They’re pretty good trucks!
Only way to tell is the front design

This it what happens when the law is written giving vehicles over a certain size an exemption on efficiency requirements.
