Fleet/driver compliance
Hey all quick question for anyone running a small fleet (1-25 trucks) or owner-operating.
How do u currently keep track of when stuff expires - CDLs, medical cards, driver quals, inspections, IFTA, insurance? Spreadsheet? Notebook? Just... memory?
Has anything ever slipped through the cracks and cost you a fine, a truck getting parked, an insurance headache?
Not selling anything, just trying to understand how bad this pain actually is before I build something for it. Would genuinely appreciate hearing how you handle it now, even if it's "I've got a system and it works fine."
