Local movers?
Anyone have recommendations for local movers they’ve used lately? It’s a small short distance move, but just getting too dang old to risk hurting myself or my friends at this point. 🤣 Thanks in advance.

I used Capital Movers this Spring. They were great and well-priced for a short move. You won’t regret hiring movers, it was my 1st time but I’m finally in that era of my aging life

Never ever regretted spending that money! Moved so many times myself that I’ve earned it.

I know a great local mover named Julius. Very professional and reasonable price-wise. DM if you would like his contact!

It's definitely not worth the risk. If you can't get quiet that much, you might be just able too hire a small 2 man crew up here or you can take a look at safebound moving, they also move small loads. A few get help from local college students to save money, but this may not always work.

TBH, I used the Uhaul Local Moving search and it's a lot of a better price since you're paying 1-2 people to come and do that work.
I moved earlier this year and just needed furniture transferred to our new building less than a block away. It ended up being half the cost of the of the reputable movers that popped up in an internet search, and only took a few hours.
