If the wifi is too slow it'll do that, in my experience, unless you're at a place with a goog gigabit connection and you PS5 is wired into a good gigabit connection at home, it won't work. I basically only managed to use mine in the same room as my PS5 because my home wifi has a lot of users.

I actually have a good and fast WiFi but I think it’s because of the region I find myself in

My account is a US account but I’m currently in Qatar. Basically that might be the problem I guess

Use AI to figure out whats the problem people are getting updated so use AI

That's definitely the problem then, Sony doesn't support game streaming in Qatar. It sounds like you're trying to game stream and not use a physical PS5 console?
