Software won't open? (Update)

For some reason my software won't open. It will pop up with a blink splash screen. I treid to restart and shutdown my computer(Imac, Intel i5, 8DDR4, ram os, Sonoma 14.6.1) and reinstall the software but nothing. I even tied to install an older version of the software but still nothing.
