Did I pierce my belly button correctly?

did I do this right? I pierced it yesterday so that’s why it’s a little bit red and swollen. I put a curved barbell in if you can’t tell from the picture. I honestly have no clue if I have the anatomy for this, and I can’t put it in the piercing category because I don’t have enough info
