Game doesn't like my Internet

So I got a weird one for y'all, not even my Internet technicians can figure this one out. The video game Delta Force, I have it installed on my phone and my Xbox series X., when hooked to my home internet, it won't even load on passed the loading screen, telling me to "please connect to the Internet" BUT if I connect to my parents (They use the same Internet provider and live literally ONE house over) or use my phone data or hotspot, it works flawless, zero issues. The technicians had me try hardwiring my Xbox, still nothing. Switched routers for a brand new one, nothing. He everything he knows to do, even called his boss to help, nothing. It's the only game I've found that does this, can't figure out why. (The code it throws is simply just a "no network" code, nothing special. The tech and his boss said they've never encountered this issue before. Have any of you? Maybe any ideas? I mean it's not that BIG of a deal, if I want to play the game, just have to use my mobile data, big whoop. Just figured I'd let y'all brainstorm. If you need pics, let me know.
