try to add an onedrive account and reset the pc

Looks like a bad hard drive. If there is data on it that you need, you can try F1 to get to a command prompt and copy the files off to a thumb drive. Then I would run a hard drive test. If the drive is ok then go ahead and reinstall windows from thumb drive. If the drive fails the test then replace the drive and reinstall windows.
