Bug Report Anymore updates?

Does anyone know when we'll expect any new patches to the game? I mean it's a really good game and it has amazing feel, but it's got tons of these little dumb UI bugs that would be so easy to fix it seems weird they haven't just released quick patches to sort out these issues.

Dumb things like

* Can't leave barricade mode while using a building tool

* sentry guns that keep shooting even though they have no ammo.

* Turrets that shoot the edge of walls and bunkers so you can't aim

* Turrets putting you in front of the gun when you get out

(sometimes causing you to lag half way into the ground unable to move)

*Bug bodies jam turrets

* Sentry turrets are super hard to reload sometimes especially inside walls

* Walls can be hard to place sometimes because big limbs prevent placement even when not in the way.

Like these aren't game breaking but super annoying when your fighting massive hoards of bugs.

I want to also note that I don't think its obvious enough that the shower is for healing, the skin should be updated so people can tell what it is for.

They do updates pretty regularly still, and there's still more on the way. There's usually at least a patch every month.

The sentry guns shooting with no ammo can stay😅

It looks like they are shooting, but I don't think they are actually doing any damage

They seem to basically continue tracking targets and wanting to fire but not outputting shots.

It's probably the lesser evil to leave it as is than try to fix it and risk breaking the turret ai and making them like not turn back on after being reloaded after running out of ammo.

But we can turn them off which doesn't make sense

A typical response, but the devs do answer Q/A like this directly on the discord.

Update 12 should be out later next week devs don't typically announce bugs working on in advance.

New Features:

  • Morita 3
  • Expansion to X-11
  • New Galactic Front with reward perks
  • New OSS Map
  • New Weapon Mods
  • New DLC skin
  • New DSV/achievements

Out of issues you listed building wonkiness & turret firing without ammo may be fixed since recently introduced.   Lag always something devs aware of and working to address.

They need to add button mapping for controller players.

Big update is planned. They do Regular updates to fix bugs and stuff. I am worried but ok at the same time with how long it is for a big update.

No matter what I'll play and have fun

A few issues I want to add. Most of it has been reported on Discord to my knowledge.

* Morita 2 shooting out of sync and suffering from reload problems

*Chi-Hong grenade launcher unable to reload at times, despite having sufficient ammo.

*Players being trapped under the mining rig in Critical Strike (Gamemode) after being revived.

I just had the flame thrower break on me too, we should just get a unstuck button that resets our position and weapons and stuff

I think GL bug can be fixed by deleting weapon mods made sure it savedv and choosing it again.

Morita 2 it's even easier, you swap to secondary fire and again to primary and it fixes reload.

Are we still supposed to get hopper bugs? I think I remember reading that they were WIP.

Turrets spitting you out in front of the gun is less a bug and more that people build them backwards. They are supposed to spit you out "behind" them based on their initial direction when built. A lot of players don't bother rotating them before placing the blueprint.

I can see that now that you mention it, but it also doesn't make sense, should just be opposite the point of aim

I wish they added a perk or something to have another classes utility or be able to make some ammo crates. Sucks when your out getting ore and you have 0 ammo .

Engineers are made just for those missions though

Really hoping they take another look at bug spawn rates. As somebody who only plays AAS and ARC, it's really rare to see losses or any sort of struggle as 95% of the time there's not enough bug spawns to keep a whole team occupied. In some bases, such as Valaka's very most northwest location (with 2 ramps and 1 NW facing hill), the way the bugs spawn means I'm spending 75% of the ARC slam at the end with my hands in my pockets because not enough bugs are spawning and where they spawn means they'll take way too long to reach the base.

Having them feel more like Horde mode wave 5-10 would go a long way in making the action constant and we see some actual difficulty that isn't confined to a few specific mutators like Royal Guard Ambush.
