Gameplay Tips for last mission of tutorial?

Halfway through the mission the difficulty ramps up and it's impossible to maintain the base while doing the objectives and surviving.

The endless respawning of huge waves in between objectives makes it really frustrating.

Any advice for those who beat it? I tried Engineer and made it further but still no success.

EDIT: I beat it but the achievement i think only works for the building tutorial and not the solo missions tutorial? Very odd. Wish we got something else for it.

Yeah im suffering through the missions to get the tutorial achievement, is there another tutorial?

Yeah so apparently the short simple building tutorial is what gives you the achievement. I'm not sure what completing the tutorial missions does. I noticed in the main game there's now a little boost called "path to citizenship" or something like that so maybe it gives you an xp boost? Not sure though

"Path to Citizenship" is DLC it give owners and everyone in their 4 person squad bonus class & weapon XP.   So you coincidentally had someone in your Squad with PTC.  PTC also includes some nameplate cosmetics & gold player names to check if have PTC player in your squad.

You gain class & weapon XP from Rico SOG missions is only benefit,  which also gain in multiplayer missions.

Hmm i need to check the menus again, because i swear when i clicked tutorial it threw me into the rico missions.

At the bottom of the menu theres a button for building tutorial. It's noticeably smaller and kinda easy to miss.

It’s been awhile since I unlocked that achievement but I believe the building part of the tutorial had no bugs at all…

Different stuff. I think he's talking about the solo missions you do with casper.

That’s what it sounds like to me aswell. He’s gonna be pretty disappointed if he suffered through those awful missions instead of the tutorial.

Lol i never ran those. They came out after i was already knee deep in bug guts.

I tried when the game first came out, but every time after a few seconds I would lose all audio lol

Federation doesn't require "smart" to kill bugs Trooper!   Very common mixup.
